Refund Policy

1. Returns
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Slovenian consumer protection law (ZVPot-1).
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Trading cards that have been opened or removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned, as their condition can no longer be guaranteed.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
4. Store Credit
As an alternative to a monetary refund, we can offer store credit that can be used for future purchases both online and in our physical store.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@cardpoint.si. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
