These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site ("Users").

Cardpoint operates an online store for trading card games and collectibles, including but not limited to Grand Archive and other card games. We offer both new and used cards, including standard and foil versions.

Our service includes:

• Browse and search our inventory of trading cards
• Purchase cards with secure payment processing
• Track your orders and order history
• Manage your account and shipping information

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice at any time.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content for:

• To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

Available for purchase on the Site are various trading cards and collectibles for games such as Grand Archive and other card games. All product information, including availability, pricing, and condition (new/used, foil/non-foil) is subject to change without notice.

We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. By placing an order, you warrant that:

• The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount, including products and shipping

We do not store your payment information on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All prices are shown in Euros (€). Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All products sold on our Site are physical trading cards and collectibles. Due to the nature of collectible card games, we have the following return policy:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cardpoint.si with your order number and reason for return. As a consumer in the European Union, you also have statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws in Slovenia and the European Union.

In no event shall Cardpoint, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the products or services that gave rise to the claim.

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Site.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

If you have any dispute with us relating to the Site, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@cardpoint.si.

For consumers in the European Union, you also have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authority in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.
